When referencing a stock cabinet, this just means the cabinets are produced and designed for standard measurements and styles. Choosing stock cabinets offers more in terms of immediate availability and budget friendliness versus semi-custom that focuses more on the flexibility of design.

Ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinets come in as what is called ‘flat packed’. This means that the cabinets are not assembled prior to leaving the manufacturer to be shipped out to the client, resulting in shorter delivery times as long as they are in stock. If you happen to be skilled in the do-it-yourself projects, this is a good option, however, selection for size, material, and styles are limited.
